About the Harpist

Gwyneth Evans is a well-known harpist in southern Vancouver Island.  Living in Victoria, she has played for a great many weddings all over the Island and elsewhere in BC.  For nearly 10 years she played weekly in the Dining Room at the Union Club in Victoria, and over the Christmas season in the Dining Room at the Empress Hotel.  As well, she has performed as a soloist and with orchestras on the Island, and with early music and folk groups.  She plays both the Celtic harp and the Concert Harp (see About the Harps ), and enjoys working with event planners to arrange the perfect music for special occasions.
